OLOG Church - St Juan Diego Ctr – Rm 5

This seminar establishes or deepens our relationship with Jesus and leads us to experience an awakening of the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit received at Baptism and Confirmation. Attending this seminar can make scripture more alive, increase your desire for more and deeper prayer, and help you to live more fully in the peace and joy of the Kingdom of God!! This is for all ages, teens, singles or married (if married, it is preferable but not required to come together as a couple).

Dear fellow ASU Catholic,

We have this great event coming up: The Life in the Spirit Seminar (LSS)- a series of talks, combined with interactions with a  “Spiritual Companion” (another individual participating in the seminar, who is of the same sex as you are), and a discussion leader. The presentations and interactions with take place live at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic church (Queen Creek), and virtually, via Zoom. For those who are not able to participate during the presentations, they can view the recordings at a later time. The seminar consists of five gatherings taking place on Saturdays from 5-8PM (March 20, April 10, 24 and May 8, 22). In one of the sessions, the leaders will pray for you to receive more of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, especially those that you desire. Our hope and prayer is that you will receive the same dramatic transformation that occurred in the church of the first century, on Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit descended upon them.

Our faith teaches us that we receive the Holy Spirit at Baptism and Confirmation. But often, that treasure remains unnoticed. The seminar will allow you to rediscover the great treasure of having received the Holy Spirit that resides within you.

My wife and I attended this type of seminar many years ago, and we’re still reaping the benefits of what happened then.

The evening will start with a potluck Lord's day celebration, followed by the presentation associated with the LSS (and simultaneously preparing the children for a skit). Afterward, we will come together to enjoy the children's skit, have some praise & worship and then close with prayers for the needs of our community.

Please bring a dish to share for the potluck dinner - drinks and desserts are provided.

If you are interested in attending or want more information, please contact me at:  or at  480-987-0315, ext. 104

If you are coming, please RSVP by March 19th.

I highly encourage you to attend. You will not regret it!

God bless,

Deacon Ciso
